Hi Scottie! Sprint sells the Curve, so I COULD go with that. I’m curious to see how well webOS works, and maybe do my part in keeping Palm alive =). We’ll have to see, I love my Centro and don’t really *need* to replace it yet.

Hi Fred, and welcome to Phase to Ground! Looking further into it, Tim Cook’s comments did not, in fact suggest that Apple would be suing Palm over the Pre. I’ll change that. However, if you interpret “ideas” as loosely as some do, any touchscreen device used concepts from previous generations and I would not dare say that Apple stole their ideas from Palm, but rather “borrowed and augmented”.

I guess it’s a good thing writing isn’t my profession and this is all just for fun. This makes one want to go back to making comics with no description and letting people fend for themselves when figuring out what I’m trying to say. I suppose that’s the beauty of art, you can mean something completely different than how people interpret it.

In other news, a mysterious crop circle has shown up in Kansas that reads:
“Hell hath no fury like an Apple user scorned.”

*sigh* Apple has not said they would be suing Palm. Apple did not take ideas from Palm. This sort of unsubstantiated and sensational writing lowers ones credibility.
