Cars.gov – Turn in your car….and computer?

is watching.  Not just your paychecks, but it seems that people that want to donate their car through the cars.gov system, turns your computer into property of the United States , and by that is subject to ALL the files being “intercepted, monitored, recorded, copied, audited, inspected, and disclosed to authorized CARS, , and law enforcement personnel, as well as authorized officials and agencies, both domestic and foreign.”
